ABOUT SOUTH HIGH:  CURRENT PARENT PERSPECTIVE
Early in the year I thought "South was a dream come true for our family"; excellent teachers and staff, a five minute walk to school, and diversity unmatched at any other school in Denver. As we end the year and the first grading period, our opinion has not changed.   Although we were confident our child would have a good academic experience, we never imagined the teachers to be the caliber of her current teachers. Previously, our child has never been this challenged academically.  Our dinner conversations are enhanced by daily classroom learning. Our child is very happy at South and learning more than we ever imagined. That makes happy parents!  Current 9th Grade Parents

 

 

Want to attend South for 2012-2013?
If you live outside of South’s boundaries, please be sure and come to South and fill out a first round choice form with our Registrar, Connie Ortiz.  All first-round choice forms are due by January 31st so don’t delay!  We don’t want you to miss the opportunity to join the South family for the 2012-2013 school year!
